elected as the New England section new Vice Chair
will come up with a plan to have a formal rotation of vice chair and chair positions so they have term limits
is on the nominations committee and is seeking nominations for Director at Large.  Anyone interested should talk to him by Friday
 
Mike Katz – business from national
updated us on the organizational changes by USITT.  The will need a full time executive director while reducing the size board of directors.

Susanna Brown:  website update & prop/costume resource collection
Daniel Bilodeau:  gathering info on college/universities & networking
John Forbes:  Website update, committee to bring term limits to officers in our section
Nate Wiessner:  resource for Vermont/NH groups & involvement in a specific project
Mary Pfister:  Join USITT section & link it to dance
Sarah Tundermann:  recruit fellow students & provide information to database
Keith Cornelius:  Venue tours (new and existing Emerson spaces, new spaces on line by 1/2010) &  networking (beer drinking – TADA) in Boston area (one or two meetings)
Mike Micucci:  host a venue tour & help provide information to prop and info databases
Mike Katz:  run list serve & take over website & organize 1 event
Russ Swift:  help with KCACTF (design expo or tech Olympics)  & help advertise events
Ernie Iannaccone:  website – resources and knowledge base & education
Paul Vella:  actively staying tuned in to business & attend conference next year to contribute
Cosmo Catalano:  continuing education/workshops and data maintenance
Joe Donovan:  Web page & college grad school information
Daniel Chavez:  participate in online discussions, groups, forums, etc. & attend workshops, seminars, meetings in the greater Boston area
