[Usittne] Projection dowser lead

Hi Art,

Apollo also makes a DMX controlled dowser - they had it on display at 
USITT Phoenix.

The do-it yourself was in the Tech Expo 2007 in Phoenix  it's in the 
booklet form the tech expo (I have a copy), exhibit # 27, pp  54-55 in 
the booklet.  They used an old CD-ROM drive to make the dowser.

Some of the better LCD projectors have an AV Mute (or similar name) 
function which is essentially a dowser and gives a true built-in blackout.
