[Usittne] BBQ update

Thank you to all who responded about the BBQ.   As usual, offering choices has only made this more confusing.
Here is how the response has turned out so far - listing only those that can make it.  
 It seems that distance is a bigger factor than finding a fun vacation spot, as was discussed at the Houston meeting.  
Does anyone want to help tip the scales in one way or another?
