[Usittne] fake neon?

Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions so quickly.  I also found
Keith's recipe for neon from the Theatre Crafts How-To book (1989) and
another approach in the 2007 USITT tech expo book.  I'm exploring the
ELwire option--at $2.00/foot as estimated in the tech expo book, it's
hard to beat!  I'll let you know how things turn out~

Try "live wire" or Xenoline". They are both brands of thin wire that
glow like neon. I'ts not too expensive, but to get the full thikness of
neon you might have to have multiple lines of it. I've used it a few
times and like the look. Below is a link to Xenoline's website. Also a
