PRODUCTION MANAGER
Cotuit Center for the Arts (CCftA) on Cape Cod seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee all production and technical elements of the arts center, with emphasis on theatre productions.
Detailed responsibilities will be negotiated with the successful applicant, depending on their skills and experience. A summary of core skills and duties are listed below.
•	Organize the pricing, purchasing, and delivery of all production materials and construction
•	Manage the production budget
•	Plan and produce production schedules in consultation with Theatre Artistic Director
•	Recruit and supervise the designer and contractors in order to meet that schedule
•	Organize and lead regular production meetings
•	Oversee the fit up and strike of the set, and to take a hands-on role throughout production 
•	Maintain vital equipment inventories throughout season
•	Ensure that the production designs comply with licensing, health, and safety regulations
•	Ensure that the theatre is a safe working environment 

Production Manager should have:
Background in theatre production 
Management experience
Superb management and communication skills 
Proficient use of computer skills required
Ability to work within tight budget constraints
Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities

Position is full-time, year-round.
