[Usittne] smoke door maintenance

Here at UMass we had our Physical plant bring in a roofing contractor. The do this kind of thing all of the time.

  I find myself working in a 32 year old building with smoke vents or doors on the stagehouse roof.  I'm seeing daylight sneaking around the edges and have been dealing with some leaking over the stage (it is not clear that it is the doors that are leaking, but it's an obvious source).  Can anyone refer me to a contractor or connection (besides Clancy and Sapsis-we're already talking with them) for folks who might service the doors?  Thanks!
