Hi all,

 

I have reserved our media lab at Boston College for August 11th from 10
AM to 5 PM.  

I am not sure how to work the day, but am thinking of having:

*          10 to 11 preliminary set-up, arrival, greeting, get familiar
with the lab

*         a beginning to intermediate session from 11 to 1 PM

*         break for lunch from 1 to 2

*         advanced session from 2 to 5 PM

This may change depending on your requests for information.  Also,
advanced folks can come and ask questions in the AM and work on their
own while the beginner/intermediate people begin their learning
experience. 

 

There are only 25 seats available in our lab so I will accept
reservations on a first come, first serve basis.

The only cost will be asking you to be a New England USITT member at the
cost of 15 dollars.

 

Please RSVP to this email if you plan to come to reserve your spot.
Please don't reserve a space unless you really intend to participate.

I will send you details on the lab location in late July only to those
who have sent the RSVP.
