Qualifications: The Opera House seeks a motivated; detail oriented team player to join our staff. Candidate must be enthusiastic about providing leadership skills as well as motivational qualities. He/she must be able to thrive in a hectic team environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational and verbal skills a must. Candidate must be able to work independently, prioritize and multi-task while on deadline. Knowledge of Excel and Word a must. Minimum of 10 years prior management experience. 
 
Education Requirements: A Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred. Operational and working knowledge of theatrical technical design, issues, and current trends.  Knowledge of current sound, rigging, and lighting systems.
