Dear All:

We will meet for our next reading session on TUESDAY 5 DECEMBER in MIT
Building E-51 Room 191 (the STS Reading Room) from 7.00-9.00 p.m. to
hear Eric Beverley present on "Spatial Sovereignty and the Specter of
the Sanitary: Colonial Aesthetics and the Discourse of Public Health", a
draft from his dissertation on princely Hyderabad. 

Eric will share his chapter early next week. He has suggested these

session will be on Tuesday 12 December when Tulasi Srinivas from
Georgetown University will come to present on "Entrepreneur Hindu
Priests and Dynamic Ritual in a Hi-Tech Boomtown", on Bangalore.
