[Unified-mailman] Correction to Signals homework

Folks,

I sent this out earlier this week, but some folks didn't get it.  
There are a couple of small corrections to the Signals pset:

On Problem S3, the resistor values for R6 was inadvertently left out.  
It is R6 = 6 ohm. Also, on part 2, the sum should be over all 8  
elements, so from n=1 to 8. That applies to Problem S8 as well.

The problems have been corrected on the Signals web page.

My apologies for the confusion.
