Several of you have asked me about a .pdf file to download the thermo 
notes.  This is available (and has been available).  The link is 
below the lecture table on the thermo site.  Make sure you have a 
fast link when you download it -- the file is 64MB.

Please let me know if you have any difficulties accessing it.
