From iaw at MIT.EDU Wed Apr 19 15:12:08 2006 From: iaw at MIT.EDU (Ian Waitz) Date: Wed, 19 Apr 2006 15:12:08 -0400 Subject: [Unified-mailman] Lunch Thursday Message-ID: Unified students and staff: Good news: tomorrow (Thursday) from 12-1pm we will have pizza + soda for the Unified students and staff. And if all goes well... we will demonstrate the operation of a small turbojet engine (thanks to Jim Houghton) and we will fire a couple of rocket motors (thanks to Woody Hoburg). [I *think* we will do this behind the hanger (between buildings 31 and 33) although we may shift to the front lawn of 33 depending on what Woody needs for the rocket motors. I will let you know in recitation tomorrow.] I look forward to seeing you. I will discuss the topics involved on Monday in class and in office hour. But for the time being you may put this problem on hold until we make a decision on how to proceed. I apologize for the confusion. Regards, Raul
