Do we need the dimensions of the tank, as far as width and length goes, and is there only 3 cantilever beams, or is there more? what are the dimensions of the cantilevers, and which part of the canitlever is actually attached to the ground or wall? This is a very vague question, not quite sure what's happening and wha tyou want us to explain. ..." you do not need the dimensions of the tank, except the depth. As for the cantilever beams, all you need is their length and the distance between them. I'm asking to consider one at the center, far from the corners of the tank. The cantilevers are clamped at the bottom of the tank. The length is given in the figure and the text. With this minimal information you should be able to solve the problem asked.
