Students,

Note that "gage pressure" is pressure relative to atmospheric 
pressure.  In homework T3, psig is "pounds per square inch gage".

So for the final pressure in the rocket, you should add 60psi = 413.7 
kPa to the atmospheric pressure of 101.3 kPa.  The final pressure in 
the bottle will be 515 kPa.
