The pressure reading from the hand-held probe should NOT
be multiplied by 0.1 like it says in the lab sheet 
(cut and paste error from last year's lab sheet).
We used a different pressure sensor this year.

This 10x factor really doesn't matter, since you are looking
for the location of the zero reading.  All this will do 
is move the decimal point on your dimensionless Cp plot
by one place.  If you have already generated the plots, 
there's no need to redo them.
