[Unified-mailman] FW: OpenCourseWare to film Unified Aerial Competition! Release form needed if you wish to participate.

Students-

OpenCourseWare (http://ocw.mit.edu) has asked to film this year's
competition as a sample MIT lecture to present to the world via its web
site! Participation in filming is ENTIRELY optional. However, if you would
like to be filmed and interviewed and have the chance to have your 15
minutes of fame streamed across the world by way of the web, please fill in
the course number, course name, and your address on the attached PDF Release
Form. Then sign the form and return it to one of the GTAs. (No witness
signature is needed)

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE FILMED:
1. Please send me an e-mail so that I am aware and can keep an eye out on
you and the camera on Friday.
2. If possible, please schedule your team to complete the competition on
Thursday 29 April 2004 between 3p-5p.
