[Unified-mailman] Error on S11, part 2

Folks,

On part 2 of S11, the equation should read


H(s)       k Gbar(s)
-----  = -------------
R(s)     1 + k Gbar(s)

where the Gbar(s) above should have a bar over the G (which I can't 
show, due to the limitations of ASCII). The numerator had been 1 
instead of k G(s). That actually makes no difference to the problem. 
However, you do need to use the Gbar transfer function, not the G 
transfer function, to make the range of gains make sense.
