There are two referendum questions on the ballot, plus candidates running
for the 2025 and 2026 Class Councils and for UA President and Vice

Additionally, the UA Judicial Board has provided a clarification regarding
the meaning of a binding referendum vote, as defined in the UA Constitution:
If NO receives > 50% of votes on a binding referendum that has met the
threshold: The Government of the Undergraduate Association must acknowledge
that the majority of the student body does not support the proposal
outlined in the referendum. Consequently, the UA shall not implement or act
in accordance with the specific proposal rejected in the referendum. This
prohibition does not preclude the UA from considering or adopting different
aspects or proposals that may have been included in the referendum but are
distinct and separable from the proposal that was explicitly rejected.
If YES receives > 50% of votes on a binding referendum that has met the
threshold: The referendum's contents become the official opinion of the UA,
and the Government of the Undergraduate Association will be bound to honor
the referendum's mandate to the best of its ability.
The following positions do not have official candidates, and we request
that you write in candidates who you think would be a good fit for these
positions.
2025 Class Council secretary
2025 Class Council social chair
2026 Class Council treasurer
2026 Class Council social chair
Finally, dates have been confirmed
