Hey everyone,

It’s Enoch and Natalie from the UA Food Security Committee. We hope you’re surviving the midterm season. Some of you might remember the waffle event we hosted in the Fall (let us know if you want us to run that back!).


Since then, we’ve been working with DormCon, MIT Institutional Research, and DSL to get quantitative data on the costs associated with food insecurity at MIT. To supplement the work that’s currently being done in this area and address some gaps in our knowledge, we’ve made an anonymous survey<https://mit.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bjWdDnxadxgKUrY>. Please fill it out when you get a chance (we’ll be sharing the results to make recommendations to senior admin on where resources might best be used).

This survey has the potential to change food security outcomes at MIT, but we need at least 10% of undergrads to fill out the survey. As always, let us know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
