Valentine's Craft Market

Need a last-minute Valentine’s Day gift for a loved one or a friend? UA Incomm has just the thing for you! We are holding our first ever Valentine’s Day craft market this Sunday, February 11th, from 11am-3pm in Lobby 10.

Our artists have been making jewelry, crocheted stuffed animals, cute prints and cards, that would make a perfect Valentine’s Day gift! Arts Grant Funding from the Council for the Arts
Apply for arts grant funding from the Council for the Arts at MIT! The Council’s grants program provides funding in support of artistic projects that engage the MIT community. Open to current MIT students, faculty, and staff, the average award is around $3,000, and the maximum grant is $7,500. Preliminary proposal deadline: February 23. Diploma & Graduation
Changes to the way your first and middle names appear on your diploma can be made within the degree application without going through a legal name change.  You would just need to change your name in WebSIS. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date. To read how to have the name you would like on your diploma please go to the Registrar's website here: https://registrar.mit.edu/transcripts-records/diplomas

You can also keep your legal name on your diploma but have your preferred name read out loud at graduation. To learn more about that please email are Philip Caudillo (philipc at mit.edu<mailto:philipc at mit.edu>).
