Hi Undergrads!

Do you have any awesome professors that you would like to get to know better? Want to have the opportunity to do that for FREE?

This semester, the UA Education Committee is offering a student-faculty reimbursement program! If you and your friends would like to take a faculty member out for a coffee/meal (in a COVID safe, socially distanced manner), we will reimburse up to $20 per person (including the faculty member)!  This program is replacing our student-faculty dinner program for the semester.

Since we have a limited budget, the reimbursements will be on a first come, first serve basis! For the time being, we will allow only one reimbursement per student for this semester. Please fill out this form<https://forms.gle/G3ViAoqpmg986vuz6> at least 3 days in advance as soon as you get word from the faculty member that they are willing to have a meal (only one form is needed per group). We will reach out soon after with confirmation on whether we have the available budget and additional logistics. Let us know if you have any questions.
