Hi Undergrads,

MIT Medical is excited to announce their new online reservation system for
Urgent Care. You can now look online at medical.mit.edu to see the current
wait times for Urgent Care appointments, and you can fill out a short form
to reserve a spot in line for later in the day. To sign up, all you need to
do is provide your preferred name, date of birth, cell phone number, and
select from the available times that you would like to come in. Your spot
will be held for you, and once you are there, you’ll see your space in line
on our TV screen. They can also text you if you want to leave and come back.

Help MIT prevent and respond to sexual misconduct by taking the 2019 AAU
Campus Climate Survey on Sexual Misconduct until this Wednesday, May 1st.
Watch your emails for an invitation, and learn more at
http://chancellor.mit.edu/aausurvey.

MIT, I Messed Up (MIMU) is an event hosted by UA Community & Diversity and
all four class councils, meant to bring students across campus together to
celebrate our failures, mistakes, and misfortunes. The goal of MIMU is to
show students that failure is common among us, in a genuine, relaxed and
encouraging way. This year, MIMU will be held on April 30th, 6:00 - 8:00 PM
on Kresge Lawn. The evening will be primarily comprised of stories shared
by students, with food and performances from different campus groups
interspersed throughout the event.

The faculty recently approved the proposal to update MIT’s academic
calendar and commencement timing starting with the 2019-2020 academic year.
