Dear Undergraduates,
*There are less than 24 hours left to apply to be a UA Committee Chair or
Vice-Chair!* UA committees are a great way to be involved in student
government, develop yourself as a leader, and make a tangible
difference. Whether
it is policy, projects, programs, or events, *you can make it happen
through the UA. *No previous UA experience necessary.
UA committees meet biweekly or monthly. Committee Chairs and Vice-Chairs
build the rest of the committee, preside over committee meetings, and
report to the UA Officers during Cabinet Meetings. The full list of officer
responsibilities can be found on the committee bylaws
<http://web.mit.edu/ua/governing-docs/CommitteeBylaws.pdf>.
