[Undergrads] Student-Faculty Dinners & Coffees

Dear Undergrads,

This is a reminder that student-faculty dinners and coffees are up and
running this semester! Sign up to take your professor to dinner here

Here's a summary of the guidelines (more information here
<http://ua.mit.edu/student-faculty-dinners/#>):
- Each dinner should have 3-6 students, each coffee 1-3 students.
- Dinners can be reimbursed up to $20/person, coffees $6/person.
- Each undergrad can be reimbursed for either one dinner + one coffee *or*
three coffees per semester
- *You must register your dinner or coffee BEFORE the event takes place to
guarantee your reimbursement.*

Remember to contact your professor well in advance of the dinner or coffee
and offer them several time options to fit their schedule.
