[UA] Improving MIT Shuttles

Hello Undergraduates,

I hope you've had a great weekend!

One of the UA's projects this semester is to work with administration to
improve the MIT shuttle system. Student safety is a major concern for us,
and an inefficient shuttle system can put that in jeopardy. As a first
step, I will be collecting student input to see where the major pain points
are in the system and then make recommendations to administration based on
this information.

Last Wednesday, you should have received an email with an individualized
link to the MIT Transportation Survey from mit-surveys at mit.edu. I would
greatly appreciate your response if you use the shuttles since these
results will help determine the best ways to improve MIT's transportation
system.

If you have any ideas, comments or concerns about MIT shuttles, please feel
free to reach out! I'd love to get as much input as possible.
