Take your Professor out to Dinner (or Coffee) for Free!

Dear Undergrads,


The UA Committee on Education is pleased to announce that the
Student-Faculty Dinner Program is now up and running for the 2016/2017
Academic Year! Sign up to take your professor to dinner or coffee here
<http://ua.mit.edu/student-faculty-dinners/>.

You have the option of taking your professors out to dinner or coffee. The
UA can reimburse you for either three coffees per term *or* one dinner and
one coffee.

As always, you should bring 3-6 students per professor to the dinners. You
can be reimbursed for up to $20 per person for a dinner. For coffees, you
can bring 1-3 students per professor, and you can be reimbursed for up to $7.50
per person.

Remember to contact your professor well in advance of the dinner or coffee
and offer them several time options to fit their schedule.
