[UA] How Can I Support Senior House?

Hello Undergraduates,

I hope that you are enjoying your summers--whether you are at home, at an
internship, or traveling--and finding time to relax and recharge.

I write to you after receiving a number of questions regarding the recent MIT
news article <http://news.mit.edu/2016/senior-house-announcement-0610> on
Senior House and how students can learn more and get involved.* I invite
you to visit the following site

Undergraduate Association's support of Senior House's efforts to
collaborate with administrators. *

There, you will find links to the MIT news article, multiple personal
statements responding to the news, and a link to a thoughtful and
detailed proposal

led by Senior House President Sarah Melvin. There is also the option to
submit a letter of support. Even if you are unaware of what has been
happening, it is never too late to get involved; I have found the personal
statements to be insightful and moving-- highlighting, at a time when there
is so much tragic news, a caring and supportive community. I have already
signed, and while administrators are doing what they believe is the best
for the student body, we need collaboration, communication, and the Senior
House community.
