[UA Elections] Spring Election Ballot Changes

Dear undergrads,

There have been some changes to the ballot for the Spring 2016 Elections.

*UA President/Vice President*
Kyle Archer has withdrawn as UA Vice President.

*Class of 2017:*
*Publicity Chair:*
Zachary Churukian and Kareem Itani

*Social Chair:*
Nicole Lu and Frederick Daso
Wei Low and Vineel Adusumilli

*Class of 2019:*
*Social Chair:*
Allison Nguyen *and Allison Fu*

In accordance with the Election Code, Sophia Liu (the candidate for UA
President) will have the chance to declare another running partner, and
collect a fraction of signatures again.  The deadline and amount of
signatures collected will be arranged by the Commission, and the new pair
for UA President and Vice President will have the opportunity to campaign
after.
