[UA] Its Time to Talk about Mental Health

Dear Undergrads,

The UA invites you to join us Monday Evening (3/7) at 7pm for Time to Talk, a unique town hall forum on Mental Health at MIT.

The event will consist of a panel of MIT administrators involved in all facets of mental health and student wellness. They will speak about their work to support Mental Health on campus as well as answer questions from the student body.

Being a student at MIT can be tough. At times, it is easy to think that nobody understands, especially the faculty and administration. However, there are many passionate individuals that strive every day to make MIT a better place. We want shine a light on their work and give you the opportunity to ask questions and give feedback.

If you have battled with Mental Health, want to see a change in the way we approach it here at MIT, or would like to learn more about resources available, we encourage you to join us next week for Time to Talk in room 6-120.

Following the panel will be a reception where you can eat Georgetown Cupcakes and get a chance to talk with administrators and peers one on one.

We would like students to submit questions prior to the event as we understand that there will be enthusiastic students who cannot attend.
