Dear Undergraduates,
REMINDER:
The 2016 Open House Planning Committee invites all ASA-recognized students groups to create programming for the 2016 MIT Open House!

SAVE THE DATE: APRIL 23, 2016 10am-3pm

The Open House will be MIT's largest public event, with an anticipated 20,000+ visitors. This is a great opportunity to show off your work, hobbies, and research to the community. Check out the video linked in the attachment (and here<http://techtv.mit.edu/videos/9c76f93549281474dad545618a31600304e3eeb1/private>) for a look at highlights from 2011's Open House. Please utilize the planning site<http://openhousereps.mit.edu/> and submit your activities via the online form<https://openhousereps.mit.edu/submit-your-activity> . The website also lists answers to FAQs, dates and deadlines, and more information. The deadline for activities is February 17, 2016 (extended). Think about engaging visitors of all ages and interests, as well as alumni - Invite back alums from your group to join!

Need funding for your activity? Contact the Open House Planning Team - funds may be available.
Not an ASA-recognized group? The Open House planning team can work with you to find you an MIT sponsor.
