[UA] Take your professor out to dinner

Dear Undergraduates,

*tl;dr Student-Faculty Dinners
<http://ua.mit.edu/projects/student-faculty-dinners/> are happening again.
Gather a group of 3-6 students, as well as a faculty member, and go to
dinner! The UA will reimburse up to $25 per person for dinner.*

To sign up, follow these instructions:

     1. Organize a group of 3-6 students (including yourself), and invite a
professor to breakfast/lunch/dinner.

     2. Pick a place, and a date (on/before May 25th, 2016).

     3. Go to http://ua.mit.edu/projects/student-faculty-dinners/ for the
link to the form and a sample email you can send to professors.

     4. Get to know your professor during the outing! (and be sure to get
an itemized receipt).

     5. Go to
http://ua.mit.edu/projects/student-faculty-dinners/dinner-reimbursements/ and
follow the directions to submit your receipt for reimbursement.

     6. Remember to thank your professor.

Each undergraduate can participate in one dinner per semester. If you have
any questions, please send an email to ua-education-dinners at mit.edu.
