[UA] Undergraduate Association Council Meeting, Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 7:30PM

Dear Undergraduates,


I hope all is well.


The next Undergraduate Association (UA) Council Meeting will be this Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 7:30PM in W20-400 (fourth floor of the student center). All are invited to attend - there will be free food and drinks starting at 7:00PM.


Furthermore, we will be having President's Questions in W20-400 starting at 7:00PM, and going until 7:30PM. During this time, all present will be able to ask a question from the UA President, and the question and answer will be publicly noted in the minutes of the meeting.

Attached is the Agenda, as well as all accompanying documents, with the exception of our appointments for committee chairs and officers, and the membership of the proposed UA Committee on Bylaws and Procedures. I encourage you to come to the meeting to learn about them!

Moreover, please note that the UA Final Report is attached, in which you can learn the activities of the UA for the past semester.
