[UA] Elections Website

Dear undergrads,

As many of you have noticed, there was a bug with the elections website (
vote.mit.edu) this morning (please let me know if it's ongoing) regarding
an Internal Service Error page after submission of the ballot.  These
errors are occurring when improper athenas have been entered in the
"write-in" section.  However, these ballots are still recorded for results,
even with the improper "write-in" candidate.

We attempted to fix the bug this morning, and the website should check for
errors in the athena now and not allow submission until the athena entered
is valid.

I'm very sorry for any confusion, but these votes are counted!  However,
please enter only valid athenas as write-in candidates to avoid both this
error and the added burden upon capturing the results.
