campus this week:

The Chancellor will present a summary of what we've learned so far from the
sexual assault survey, talk about next steps, and solicit your ideas. Come
ask questions of  Chancellor Barnhart, student leaders, and MIT experts.

 A reception (with food) will follow immediately after the conclusion of
the Forum in Lobby 10.

 *** 3-Day Kick-Off for the It’s On Us Campaign at MIT ***
*When | Today, November 12th through Friday, November 14th from 9:30am -
5:00pm*
*Where | Lobby 10*

 This Kick-Off is an opportunity to learn more about sexual assault
prevention and pledge to be a part of the solution. This event is part of
the White House's "It's On Us" campaign to promote awareness about sexual
assault on college campuses. The goals of “It’s On Us, MIT" are to empower
individuals to lead by example and commit to being active bystanders and to
create an informed community that supports those who have been affected by
sexual assault.

"It’s On Us, MIT" was organized by the Title IX Working Group, a coalition
of undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, and staff working to
promote a safe, inclusive and supportive MIT.

 Stop by Lobby 10 this week to take the MIT pledge.  At the Kick-Off
tables, you will also have the chance to take photos with a professional
photographer, sign the communal MIT Pledge art installation, and grab MIT
It’s On Us-branded apparel and other gear.
