[UA] Student-Faculty Dinners

Dear Undergraduates,

*Student-Faculty Dinners *are back! Get a group of *3-6* *students* to go
out for a delicious* meal with your favorite professor*, and the *UA will
reimburse you* up to $20 per person.

To sign up, follow these instructions:

   1. Organize a group of 3-6 students, then invite a professor to dinner
   (or lunch)

   2. Sign up at: http://goo.gl/forms/u0R8Qxawob (You will receive a
   confirmation shortly after signing up)

   3. Pick a place, and a date before December 10th

   4. Enjoy your dinner!

   5. Submit your form and itemized receipt. The SAO will reimburse you via
   direct deposit or check.

You can participate in one dinner per semester. If you have any questions,
please send an e-mail to ua-education-dinners at mit.edu
