A Better Externships Viewer

Hey folks,

Externship application deadlines are coming up soon, and the official
website for externships is a bit clunky.

We've created one big view to see all of the externships and interesting
fields in one place, and you can sort by the number of applicants/etc or
whatever floats your boat.  We'll be updating the counts to match the
externship site once every evening or so.

The page is up at http://ua.mit.edu:8000/?sort=application_count.
