Institute-wide Initiative on Innovation

Dear Undergraduates,

I am writing to let you know of an exciting opportunity to apply to the
Institute-wide Initiative on Innovation led Prof. Fiona Murray and Prof.
Vladimir Bulovic.

The committee is charged with understanding (1) what MIT does well now in
terms of fostering innovation; and (2) how the Initiative can give students
the space, skills, knowledge, tools and opportunities they need to
transform academic ideas and their own projects into practical
innovations.  Students will also be asked to participate in meetings with
the Faculty Advisory Committee on these important topics.

If you are interested, please submit a 100 word statement of interest and
your resume to
ua-nominations at mit.edu by 11:59pm on Friday, November 22nd

In addition, the Chancellor Search Advisory Cabinet  is seeking input on
the selection of MIT's new Chancellor. Please fill out the anonymous
