So much free food at the coffeehouse! There will be wings, tenders, and
mozz. sticks + jalapeno poppers (veg. option). Take a break from studying.

While you are at it, make sure you remember to look at all of these
available resources in case you need some help during finals week:

Tips:

   - Check out the Learning to Learn page on How to Prepare for Final
Exams<http://mit.edu/uaap/learning/tips/finalsprep.html>
   - Try not to be overwhelmed by your workload or number of exams. If you
have concerns, seek help and guidance from your advisor, instructors and
TAs. Taking control of the situation will help to mitigate stress.
   - Don't wait until the last minute to begin preparing for your finals.
Allow yourself plenty of time for each subject, so that you do not feel
   rushed.
   - If you have any additional concerns, please feel free to speak with a
dean in Student Support Services <http://mit.edu/uaap/s3/>. The S3 deans
help students with a variety of academic questions and concerns, so don’t
   be shy!
   - *Check out your dorm study breaks! There will be plenty of events
going around so make sure you grab some food, get a massage, etc.*
   - More importantly... *EAT HEALTHY.* Make sure you eat breakfast on your
way to a final and get plenty of sleep. There will be groups of people
passing out quick breakfasts in the morning as well so take advantage of
   that!

Hope you enjoy our last Study Break of the semester and we look forward to
more next year! Let us know if you have any questions concerns or
recommendations!
