The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee proudly supports the G at MIT Day of Silence sit-in<http://www.facebook.com/events/114670895324549/> this Friday in lobby 7.

We want to show that there is no place for homophobic harassment in athletics, whether that's the playing field, locker room, or bus ride to/from competitions. We will be distributing Athlete Ally<http://athleteally.com/> stickers and accepting signatures for the Athlete Ally pledge at the sit-in. Whether you're an MIT varsity athlete, a former high school MVP, or a recreational soccer team player, everyone can take the time to show that all athletes are respected, no matter what!

We encourage you to take a stand and become an ally.
