UA Restructuring - Next Steps

Undergrads,

There will be a one-hour meeting from 11am-12pm tomorrow (Sunday) in the UA
Office (W20-401).  The purpose will be to put together a checklist for next
steps with UA restructuring to address all concerns that have been raised
about process.  The meeting will be open to all.  If you are unable to
attend, but would still like to contribute, please feel free to send me an
e-mail with items that should be added to the checklist.  Background
