Student Alumni Dinners

Hey everyone,

The UA Committee on Alumni Relations is happy to announce that the UA will
be running student-alumni dinners this semester.

*Say What?*
This program encourages a group of three to six students and an alum to go
out for a meal to foster student-alumni relations. We'll reimburse you $20
per person.

How do I sign up?*
Sign ups are on a first come, first serve basis and registration is now open
so:
1. Find some friends and invite an alum (from the class of 2007 or earlier)
2. Sign up at: http://ua.mit.edu/projects_and_programs/alumni_dinners/<https://ua.scripts.mit.edu:444/dinners/>
3. Find a convenient date before May 12th, 2011
4. Enjoy your dinner and have your alum fill out the paperwork.
5. Follow the instructions on the website.  Fill in your reimbursement form
and submit an itemized receipt, and proof of payment. SAO will process your
reimbursement.
