Undergraduate Association and Class Council Elections Calendar

Undergrads,

I've included below the schedule for the upcoming UA and Class Council
elections.  A meeting for prospective candidates will be held *this Saturday
* at 12:00pm in W20-400 (Senate Chambers).  Election packets will also be
made available at that time.  Please direct any questions to
ua-elect at mit.edu.

*Saturday, 2/12, 12pm*: Election Packets available at ua.mit.edu; candidates
meeting in W20-400 - pizza provided.
*Saturday, 2/26, 12pm*: Deadline for paperwork collection -- Platform
statements and photos due via email to ua-elect at mit.edu.  Signed forms must
be submitted to the UA Office (W20-401).  Recommended due date for proof of
registration.  Campaigning Begins (candidates must wait for written approval
from UA Election Commission before campaigning).
*Monday, 2/28, 12pm*: Late Petition Deadline.
*Friday 3/4, 5pm (Add Date)*: Proof of registration due.
*Sunday, 3/13, 8pm*: UA President/VP Debate
*Wednesday, 3/16, 9am*: Online Voting Begins at vote.mit.edu; campaigning in
Athena Clusters must cease.
*Thursday, 3/17, 11:59pm*: Online Voting Ends.
*Friday, 3/18, 9am-5pm*: Paper Balloting in Lobby 10.
*Saturday, 3/19, 9:59pm*: Winners are announced at vote.mit.edu.
*Monday, 3/28, 5pm*: Funding form due in UA Office (W20-401).
