Spring Weekend Concert 2010: Ticket Pre-Sale Ending and Contest Announcement!

Hey MIT!

Two big announcements about this year's Spring Weekend activities.

First, time is running out on this year's Spring Weekend Concert ticket 
pre-sale! For only $10, you can get full access to this Spring's hottest 
concert featuring N*E*R*D and special guests Super Mash Bros! After this 
Friday (3/19), the ticket prices are going up and opening up to the 
local college area. Don't miss out! Tickets can still be purchased at 
http://sao.mit.edu/tickets/2010/springconcert.

Next, we'd like to introduce the First Ever SPRING WEEKEND MASHUP 
CONTEST (e-mail needs echo capabilities). This year, we're giving you 
the opportunity to submit your personal mashups for the chance to win 
big! Students can act individually or form teams to create personal 
compositions and submit them at http://springweekend.mit.edu until April 
2nd. Following this, the student body can return to the submission site 
to vote for their favorite entries. The top entries will be judged by 
the Super Mash Bros themselves and played at this year's concert! The 
complete set of rules can be found at the website above. Any other 
questions or concerns can be directed to sw-staff at mit.edu.
