_What is it?_

The MIT LeaderShape Institute aims to produce a breakthrough in the 
leadership capacity of participants and facilitators.  This IAP, take 
part in a program that has inspired, motivated, and changed the lives of 
MIT undergrads since 1995.  The results are undeniable and the lessons 
you learn will last you a lifetime.  Don't miss out on MIT's best
