Student leaders define MIT. They lay the foundations, build the governments, plan the events, and enrich the culture that is MIT. The Student Leader Awards are here to make sure their hard work gets noticed. But first we need your help...
We are accepting nominations for this year's awards:
- (New!) Larry G. Benedict Leadership Award recognizes leaders empowering leaders
- (New!) Perspectives Award recognizes diversity and cultural programs
- Common Ground Award recognizes collaboration between groups
- Distinguished Dedication Award recognizes leaders going above and beyond
- Legacy Award recognizes lasting contributions to MIT
- Outstanding Event Award recognizes great planning and implementation
- Philanthropy Award recognizes efforts on behalf of a charity
- Strength and Conviction Award recognizes leaders overcoming challenges
Nominating is easy: visit <http://web.mit.edu/sla/>, select an award, and enter your 150-300 word nomination (which is only a couple of paragraphs).
Deadline is just a week away: Friday, April 24 at 11:59 PM.
