The UA has worked with the Physics Department to develop a survey that seeks to
gather the opinions of all undergraduates on your freshmen physics experience
and ways to improve it.  Here is an opportunity to help future freshmen.  The

Please complete this brief (4 page) survey.  In doing so, you will become
eligible to win one of 200 $10 TechCash awards.  It is our way of saying thank

The survey is voluntary.  You may answer as few or as many questions as you
wish.  Remember your responses will be completely confidential, so please be
candid.  Survey analysis results will not be reported in any form that would
identify an individual.
