Dear Undergraduates,

Are you concerned about student health and safety at MIT? Do you have great
ideas about how to change the undergraduate curriculum or student life
programs?
Are you interested in representing the undergraduate community to faculty
and administrators at the Institute?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then consider applying for a
position as an Undergraduate Association student advocate on one of MIT's
Institute Committees!

As you may know, Institute Committees are charged with investigating and
recommending action on issues vital to the proper functioning of the
Institute. Many committees have considerable duties, and are empowered to
address issues of substantial significance and recognition; work in these
committees is influential and can be rewarding in many ways.

We welcome all of you to apply to be one of our student advocates for the
2008-2009 academic year by filling out the online application here:

http://ua.mit.edu/nominations/app

The application will be open until Friday February 29th at midnight. If you
have any questions, please email us at ua-nomcomm-chairs at mit.edu.
