[UA Dining Survey] TechCASH Use in Off-Campus Restuarants

Dear students,

The Undergraduate Association is working with MIT Campus Dining and the TechCASH
Office to start a program that would allow TechCASH use in 1-2 local restaurants
on Friday and Saturday nights.  The survey below seeks to answer which
restaurants should be contacted about participation in this program. 
Restaurants selected will have the option of entering into a contract agreement
with MIT to provide this service.

opinions on which restaurants should be approached.  This survey should take no
more than 5 minutes to complete.  This survey will be available until Monday,
