As a part of its efforts to make leadership development more concerted 
and more accessible, MIT is once again offering the LeaderShape program 
this IAP. The program is open to all undergraduates and has consistently 
been reviewed very highly by participants. LeaderShape grads have used 
the lessons they have learned to improve their student activities, 
sports teams, living groups and laboratories. Consider taking this 
opportunity to further hone your skills as a vector of change.

What is it?

The MIT LeaderShape Institute aims to produce a breakthrough in the 
leadership capacity of participants and facilitators. This IAP, take 
part in a program that has inspired, motivated, and changed the lives of 
MIT undergrads since 1995. The results are undeniable* and the lessons
