are coming up over the next two weeks:
1. UA Presidential and Vice Presidential Debates (TONIGHT)
2. MIT Study Abroad Fair (Friday)
3. MacVicar Day - "What Should We Achieve in a Four-Year MIT Education?"
(Friday)
4. Ford/MIT Nobel Laureate Lecture - Prof. Frank Wilczek (3/7)

1. UA Presidential and Vice Presidential Debates

The two UAP/VP tickets:
John Cloutier '06 and Jessie Lowell '07
Calvin Sizer '06 and Bryan Owens '07
will debate *tonight* at 7 PM on the first floor of the Student Center.
This will probably be your best opportunity to find out what each ticket
is really about.
Food will be provided. Be fed, be informed, and make sure to vote!

What: MIT's FIRST ANNUAL STUDY ABROAD FAIR!
When: Friday, March 4, 2005, from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M.
Where: La Sala de Puerto Rico (on the 2nd floor of the Stratton Student
Center)
Why: It is imperative for college students to be informed of and
capitalize on stimulating, enriching opportunities, both academic and
otherwise, available beyond America's borders.

4. Ford/MIT Nobel Laureate Lecture
----------------------------------
I am delighted to announce that Prof. Frank Wilczek, 2004 Nobel Laureate
in Physics, will present our seventh Ford/MIT Nobel Laureate Lecture on
Monday, March 7, 2005 at 4pm in Kresge Auditorium. The title of his
lecture will be "The Universe is a Strange Place".
In advance of the upcoming lecture, MIT Cable will broadcast the six
previous Nobel Laureate Lectures during the week of February 28th. The
broadcast schedule is posted at http://web.mit.edu/nobel-lectures.
